Can anyone make me a locking liner for a Buck SMBF?

I like the Buck SMBF (and it's variants like the 882), but the .040 liner lock is a turn off. I'd love it if someone could make me a locking liner around .070-.100 in thickness. Can anyone do this? If so, what would the cost be?
