Can anyone recommend a Pop up blocker

clearblue?

I AM sorry to hear that.

Have you consulted a physician? They have medications now, you know.

(Often the drug companies have samples that the doctors can give you. It's quite a (drumroll please) growing market. ;) )

I'm a physicist, and I have seen the madness which is legacy, Fortran, spaghetti code, and I am convinced it is never, ever going to go away. To paraphrase Donald Knuth, the last time the Federal government got this excited about a programming language, it was Fortran. 'Nuff said. :)

Reason #600 I use Macs. Safari has built-in pop up blocking. I've used Safari since it was introduced as Beta about 2 years ago, and to date, not a single pop up window. I love seeing people on PC's cursing at their computers while I surf unimpeded! Ha!

Thank you all for the good help. Got the panicware up and running, and Ive finally can surf for more than a minute without a pop up. Once again many thanks.
Great! I was absolutely stunned and amazed after I downloaded the Panicware! It was so nice to be able to surf without all of the troublesome popups.

And I agree about the Naviscope.:) It takes care of most if not all of those slide in from the side ads that is popular for some sites that Panicware doesn't control.

Oopps--Post edited for clarification! Good point.
