Can anyone tell me the model of this machine?

I got this dust collector from a dear friend but the manual is long gone. I'm trying to clean it but I'm not sure if the cartridge type filters are rusted on. I don't want to damage them while trying to remove for cleaning. There is no visible model number on the machine, that I can find anyway. I want to find a manual or at least the proper method of removing the filters. Any help would be appreciated.
