Who should I contact? Price estimate?

Is there a website where I can view Basics sheathed in leather?

The leather sheaths will soon be available for individual purchase for your existing Busse Basic or Combat Knife. At the moment, the pricing and availability is not established, but will be quite soon.

As far as a pic goes, I will try to get one up on my temporary HQ page by Monday evening...

Andy--any progress on getting some pics of the leather sheathed Basics up on a website?
Thanks, Will

Andy,

Will any of them be lefties? I've had a #9 since the first offering here, and a #3 shortly after that and I've been patiently waiting since then for lefty kydex sheaths. Busse & combat have been great keeping me up to date, but they obviously have higher priorities, what with the flood of business. I've yet to use either knife, which is definitely a first for me. Heck, the #9 lives inside a makeshift cardboard sheath. I sent the kydex back after talking with Dave so I've been sheathless almost since the day I got it.

Dont' mean to complain, and I'm not putting Busse down - goodness knows they've been drilled with requests and they've been great to keep us informed. If it was me, I'd put my effort into tooling up to meet the new demand rather than worry about 1 guy's sheathes -- that's common business sense. It's just a shame to have two great knives that I can't use yet.

Hmm...I'm heading over to your website...who knows what I might find. I've been thinking about a custom kydex to hold both...

Later,

Ray
