Can I upload pictures directly with Platinum membership?

You mean to the forum as attachments? Yes you can.

1) click "go advanced" button
2) Find paper clip thingy, click it
3) in pop up box, click "add file" (to add from your computer)
4) select file and when it appears in the box at the bottom, click "insert inline"
