A knife amnesty?!?!?! Reminds me of my favorite movie quote from Two Towers:
"Women of this country learned long ago that those without swords can still die upon them."
But, she was not talking about the UK!!!
I am not up on my history like I should be.... Didn't the UK ban guns a long time back and then beg US hunters to send guns so they could defend themselves from Germany during WW2?? Or is that folklore?? They don't learn from their own mistakes! I love the US and our freedoms. Someday we may have to take up arms to end the crazies in DC. I will never go to the UK on a vacation that is for sure.
