Can O1 shine?

How about it NJBILLK ? You were rubbing steel as I recall?

(what happened to Cadillac? anyway?)

I had become sidetracked and didn't want to go without carrying my mini cbk. As it stands it is around 800 grit satin with some stubborn 600 grit marks showing through...

I will get back on this when time affords. Unfortunately that might be 30 mind a night as I am assembling a forge, studying for my fire exam among other stuff.

If it is any consolation, it has been serving my cutting needs flawlessly. :D

Shining in the Mykel M tradition  Still, I'd like to see one all buffed out.

John's 01 shines up just fine, I don't do it a lot because I'm not into shiny knives and I dirty them up too quickly anyway, but I'ev enede dup doing it once or twice for balde scartches or just for fun once or twice, can't find any shiny pictures though, so i'll just post this

It will shine up just fine...those "scratches" on the bevel are actually the reflection from tree branches overhead.
