I make stupid mistakes all the time, but for that perfect should be the key.
 
I'm willing to overlook such minor trifles as spelling in order to be able to test the magnificent properties of that mysterious specimen. it bursts into flames when placed in a microwave, but isn't damaged. does that mean it's microwave safe?

i would overlook the spelling error, if the guy had more then 0 feedback...

Doesn't sound like the microwave would be safe, though.

Josh, you didn't factor in the trip to Austria in your loan request. He won't ship, you have to go get it.

That's certainly the preferred form of payment, but at this point, I'm not too picky. I just want to make sure I get the "artefact" before it falls into the wrong hands.

Munk, I didn't really want to say anything, but now that you've brought it up, I guess it's ok to talk about it. I actually already have a psychic link with the "artefact". As you may have noticed from my appearance in my avatar picture, I'm not a native of this planet. The artefact used to belong to me, but unfortunately, I lost it a few hundred years ago during a scouting mission. I've stayed around looking for it all these years so I don't have to face the great shame of returning to my homeworld without it. Finding it quite by accident while searching ebay was quite fortuitous, and means that my work on this planet has almost come to an end. If any of you folks need to hitch a ride out of this backwater solar system in a few weeks, let me know.

Hey guys,

"Artefact" is an increasingly accepted alternate spelling; I've seen it in a number of British publications. So if he got that right, surely we have no reason to doubt the rest of his statements any longer... :D
 
Josh, do you use the StarGate or do you have your own ship hidden somewhere? I'd like a trip thru the Star Gate, just as long as I had a return trip. :)

I use my own ship because the stargate is just too expensive. Besides, the mid-dimensional travel holovideos they show are just terrible :D

The Stargate is much cheaper if you buy in on a one-way group excursion package. But then you knew that, didn't you? ;) ;) ;)
 
Rusty, do life forms really have red hair and are 5'4" on your planet, or did someone sell that information to your people, promising they'd, 'blend right in' on Earth ?
