Can someone drill and tap my Dalton for a pocket clip?

I recently purchased a Dalton Kilroy Pro II otf online, it has no pocket clip. I know it's sometimes possible to add clips to knives, the handle on my Dalton is solid aluminum and I've seen pictures online of Dalton Kilroy Pro II's with factory clips... it seems someone with the right equipment could easily accomplish it.
How much would a clip, screws and having some holes drilled and tapped cost?
