Can someone tell me how to post a picture.

The best way is to set up an account (free) on Photobucket, ImageShack, Tinypic, etc. You can upload pictures to the photo hosting site and then insert a link to them in your posts here. They will give you several options when you want to link the pic; for Bladeforums you copy/paste the full size link with the
 
Click on Go Advanced on the lower right corner of the reply box. If the images are stored on your computer, scroll down to Manage Attachments. Click on Add Files.

If you want to post a picture from another site, right click on it and click on Copy Image Address. The click on this

and paste the Image Address. You can also use an image hosting service like Image Shack although it gets a bit more complicated.

Unless it's changed recently, registered users can't use this method, only the photobucket, etc. method described in post 2 :)
 
Using Photobucket, Imageshack, etc. is the simplest way. Just mouse over the picture, copy the IMG code and paste it into the reply box. The forum software limits the size of uploaded pictures, the IMG code method does not. This means you won't have to resize the photo, a magic trick I have not yet added to my bag.
 
First we should teach you how to use the Tech Support Forum of the site. ;)
