Oh man. KH too? He's on my good guy list, for a damned good reason.

I hope both him and UJ only have a time out. I'd back 'em both.

that's good, maybe we can see him in a cage for a while or, maybe he will just have to wear a red letter "H" for a while. at any rate i hope he remembers to send my satin jack back when he's done with it.

Hey Bro,
Did you see the threat to slit Hammy's throat, (UJ)? Might want to rethink what a good guy is. This is the first I have posted on the latest bannings, but there is no way to defend that :thumbdn: :thumbdn: :thumbdn: :thumbdn: I could keep going :mad:
 
I'm sad to see them both go. While I think Dave's actions were appalling, I know that he LOVES Busse knives and a lot of the people on here. I got love for Hammy too, though, and I can agree with the ban.

Trevor's banning really bothers me because he became a HUGE hog very fast. Many people on here, including myself, have knives that came directly from T. He was friendly, funny, and generally good-natured. Sad to see he couldn't let his perma-infractions cllect dust. I hope he takes a good break and comes back.

Truth is, it's bad for Jerry when guys like Dave and Trevor get banned from the only real live Busse marketplace. T, by himself, probably paid for some Jerry's daugher's college education. Dave has helped make the SJ's a classic piece of knife history.

Maybe I'm speaking in a bit of hyperbole, and ultimately we all want this place to be comfortable and fun-filled as well as informative, but I'm gonna miss them both. They're both still hogs to me. Hopefully this will be a growing pain, and they'll come back better men and bigger, hungrier hogs.


To the rest of you...you help make this place great, but let's never forget the rules, or common courtesy. It will make things around here much better for everyone.

Very sorry to see Trevor get bounced, damn shame. :grumpy:

It might be remotely possible to get reinstated, it has happened when one has shown sufficient contrition.













If not...well.... I'll split his knives with Skunker, he has too many anyway. :rolleyes:

Yeah I saw it, yes it was over the top, yes he should be time-outed for it. One bad post doesn't make a bad person. You ever been pissed off? Said something over the top to yourself, to a friend?

I hear you there IGM. I don't necessarily care for the way T was treated in his last hours either but who am I to say.

All I can say is that T is ALWAYS a gentleman around me, has proved himself a good friend, and has a delightful wife as well. I miss him! :( I hope everything turns out OK.
 
true true... and the reason he was such a gentleman was because his wife would beat him senseless if he even looked cross-eyed. sure wish she was with him that fateful night :( :( :(

I try very hard to respect the Mods, even when I think they are just being hypocrites and/or morons. This forum is a second home to me, but I realize I just rent a room so I am careful to avoid eviction.
That said, I'll miss T and Unky J.. Travis and Jarvis have been very respectful and considerate with me. UJ's post to Hammy was unacceptable and way over the line. I understand going psycho very well, but I manage to keep it under wraps when it involves publicly threatening someone.
