Thats some pretty blatant ripoffs there.

As I said in the Emerson thread, coppy right laws just get laughed at by these people.

I hear you, Haze. I was sorta hoping, if every affected manufacturer knew what was going on, then maybe, collaboratively, they could do something about it. It is a pretty sad state of affairs though, I agree.

Problem is, aside from Spyderco and perhaps a couple others, many of the "affected manufacturers" are ripping off other company's IP. They might not be doing it quite as blatantly as the Chinese, but calling foul when someone rips off theirs would still be a bit hypocritical at best.

At least the Chinese have the "excuse" that IP is a new and somewhat alien concept to them.

While there is a good bit of idea "sharing", not too many steal the company name/logo as well.
 
looking through their site, it appears that they have ripped off designs from just about every major company.
