Can the color be brought back on the thumb stud?

you might try some windex on it and a paper towel. no oil. If the finish is taken off, I think CRK can replace it for $25 or $30.
cheers,
Derek

I just sent in my Sebenza for re-anodizing the stud and spacer. Cost, $5.50. They just redo it, they don't need to replace it. Call CRK just to double check. Good Luck.

Cool-I figured to re-anodize it would mean they would have to remove the stud, destroying it in the process. Mine is a bit worn and I want that blue color back, but don't want to part with it for a bit while it gets done!
cheers,
Derek

They do need to remove the stud to re-anodize. They just won't have to put on an entirely new one. I doubt very highly that they would destroy the stud. After all, they put it on there to begin with. They have the right tools for the job.
