Based on the BD1 and the affordable price point I am guessing that it is made at the Taiwan plant that makes the Cat and Chicago.

for 50$ I am definitely getting this knife. A good geomtry blade with good belly control (from looks) at that price tag? how can I not.

Thats disappointing, definitely my most anticipated Spyderco this year.

killer shape on both the rhino and chinook!love the up sweep on these blades.

yep, chinook looks good. love the persians. very useful blade shape many overlook due to the style of them. for years i didnt care for the look once i got one it and used one it opened a door for me. just like the rhino setup except for the size.
