Can Titanium be etched ?

Is it at all possible to etch Ti ? I have made some Ti neckers now and just realized that I can't etch them the way I normally would via a Personalizer. Darn it ! So, anyone have any advice ? Do I have to have them laser etched ? Thanks.....RDT

Just try a piece of scrap. If you don't have any etchent just soak it in vinigar and you should be able to tell from that.

I'm guessing here, that you are wanting to etch your logo?!?!?!?!
If so, Marking Methods shows the #MSC7 Electrolyte for Titanium.

If you don't want to deal with MM, and many don't, call lectroetch and get their equivilent electrolyte.
