Can tooth pick and tweezer be interchanged?

Trying to locate a Vic sak for my father in law. He wants a 58mm for his keyring with a toothpick and the retractable pen. I can't find a model with both, but several have the tweezers. Can you swap out the tooth pick with a set of tweezers?

Had to start over, Oldtimer's attack , toothpick will fit in the tweezers slot of my SwissChamp but radius of the "handle " is all wrong and you lose any detent retention. It's not a setup I'd carry with any confidence of not losing the pick, especially on a keyring, but it is doable.

some tweesers seem to have a differnt shape tab for getting them out. I may be wrong though as I've got them from different times. I don't have a problem switching sides with my classic

The toothpick and tweezer will interchange on the 58mm models.

They are interchangeable in my 58mm Vic Manager (original not II).

My Champ has all 3, the toothpick, tweezers and a long lost pen. If it were retractable I would still have it. I remember it was short but occasionally useful.
The Champ is more of a key anchor than a ring addition though.

Thanks to all. I had a chance to swap tweezers and toothpick in a manager today. That's what he's getting in his stocking from the grandkids.
