Can we explain blade shapes/grinds in here please?!?

Spear Point

This knife is not sharpened on the back edge. It is a spear point due to the shape of the blade. Many spear pointed knives are sharpened, but they don't have to be.
 
A spear point is generally with the point on the midline and a matching profile top and belly on the blade.
A drop point has the point above the midline of the blade but dropped from a line straight along the back.
