Can you guys please help date my Buck 124?

If your knife has a convex hollow grind, it's a sure bet the blade steel is 440c.
I rarely see maroon micarta on that model. Black micarta is more common. DM

Sorry I know you do I was just showing my knife. And my bad I have two 124's and I forgot this thread was just for the black micarta. I sent that knife back as the seller didn't mention the first 1 1/2 tip was broken off and they tried covering it up, lol so I returned. Only have the cocobola and it's 425m
The black micarta was 440c according to buck.
 
Mak, I'm confused too. We've had several threads on this and dated 3 knives. So, are we on the red birch laminate or cocobolla? DM
