Can you ID this Bowie?

My friend has a custom Bowie by an unknown maker. Has anyone got an idea who have made this one?

No marks. My friend thinks the sheath is Smiley. Smiley could also be the nickname of the original owner of this flea market find.

Smiley could be a legit last name as well. I went to college with a guy with the last name of Smiley. I dont think it's his though

It would be interesting to actually see it hands on to see if there are any construction "tells". Looks like a really well done job. Wouldn't be cool to stumble across some random Lile at a flea market?
