Can you recommend someone to remove the black finish to create a satin finish?

I'm looking for someone who can remove the black finish off of a crkt hissatsu folder and create a factory looking satin finish. I would like him to disassemble and re-assemble the folder. How much does this service cost?

If you can dissassmble it take it to a machine shop and ask them to give it a fine glass bead blast. Clean all parts very thoroughly, lube and reassemble.
