Can you spot the counterfeit 124?

Thats why there is buyer protection. Not much risk to a buyer. More risk to a seller to get a sack of rocks back when returned. No recourse for the seller.

I have no issues purchasing on Ebay. 100% protected.
I have had a few problems out of 2K+ transactions. I have not lost any money, but the problems are an aggravation.

Ive been burned on ebay. I bought 7 of the same item. They only shipped 1. They had proof of delivery. Ebay and paypal sided with the scumbag seller.

eBay is rife with blades and other weapons counterfeiters from Pakistan. They go to the artist's Pinterest and online stores, steal their photos, and then sell very poorly made counterfeit copies of them online, most often, using the artist's own photos in their listings. We have been the target of this scam. I have had a lot of success getting eBay to remove their listings by reporting them to eBay's VeRO program. I keep finding more though, so it's like playing Whack-a-Mole.
We should have been watermarking the photos we posted over the years. Lesson learned.

Wait, how does that work? Amazon delivered one of my packages to someone else as you could see in the pic that the reused package had my label ripping off and some old label under it showing, which is what they must’ve used for delivery. Anyways so they had a delivery confirmation but I still didn’t get the item and they refunded me.

Shipping to a wrong location isn’t uncommon, so that surprises me that they won’t accept “sure it may have been delivered SOMEWHERE, but it was not delivered HERE, to the person who ordered and paid for said item(s).”

The same thing happened to me recently from Amazon. They said they delivered a case of jumbo slim jims and a case of sunflower seeds. They delivered a small envelope! They had a picture of the envelope on my porch. Inside the envelope was a watch band. The envelope had my address label over somebody elses.

Amazon made it right.

The other deal involved 7 key chain pry bars. From EBay shipped from China. They only shipped 1 of them. They strung me along saying they would ship the other 6, until it was almost too late to make a claim.

After the claim was made they said they shipped them all and showed delivery confirmation. Ebay sided with them, paypal sided with them. End of story. No more options. Luckily it was only a $6 loss. But it still sucked.

Now I only but 1 item at a time, and wont buy anything shipped from outside of the US.
