Neurologist, specialist, sub-specialist.....If you don't like the way your body is acting find a person (MD) who can settle the matter.
If you find you are hitting a brick wall, IME PubMed is the swiftest way to sniff out the doctors that are interested and trained in your disorder or symptoms.:

Three times I reached a dead end with greater Boston area doctors- some of the best and brightest in the world. By searching this data base I was able to develop fruitful leads. I emailed authors articles and received replies in a matter of hours. Turned out one MD worked 5 miles from my house, no one thought of this guy.
