I got one of knife sharpened by alligatorfish and every time i show a friend, eyes pop and they all say. that is the sharpest thing i have seen in my life. so that is what you can expect with the 10k finish.

I just tried something new. Up to 1K diamond + Stropman black, white, green and red compounds on leather strops for the wicked edge. Pretty impressive, and easy. Those will be included with a basic sharpening. Here's a link to a video displaying the edge sharpness.

Omg every time I see these videos my heart stops....not only regarding the crazy Sharpeness...but man one day you are gonna loose a finger damn it! PROFESSIONAL!

It is definitely slightly cloudier than the Chosera edge but it's decent. Here's a picture of what you'd see with the naked eye.
