Canadian Belt Knife?

I use the cold steel Canadian belt knife as a travel food prep knife (along with the Roach Belly).

The raised handle makes chopping super easy. Super sharp and thin behind the edge and 4116 steel is super stainless and an ideal kitchen knife steel.

That was my original thought. Most of my folders and fixed blades just don't work that well on a cutting board. Either the flipper, guard or my knuckles prevent getting much edge on the board. The tip and belly do most of the work. And my camping knife does as much food prep as bushcraft. My new one will do some kitchen duty when it gets here. I'll follow up with a report.

I had Jk Knives make me one with some slight modificwtions since I wanted it primarily for the kitchen, but also so it could handle the camp kitchen. I asked for a 4.5" blade and the clipped tip.
