Canadian maker with surface grinder willing to help me out?

I tried posting in the exchange looking for someone in Canada that can surface grind a couple blanks for me..........the traffic flow in that particular forum will get me an answer probably near the turn of the next century.:foot: Since I need it done sooner than that I thought I'd try here to see if I get more response. Hope I'm not crossing the line.

I prefer in Canada so shipping is faster and cheaper.

I don't personally know Dennis Paish, but I do know he has a surface grinder. He's a friend of a friend. I think he lives out Calgary way. Rob at Knifemaker.ca would probably know someone.

most machine shops could help i assume and i've found they are usually pretty happy to do small projects fairly quickly.

As far as I know none of the machine shops locally have that kind of machine.
