5. Blackjack Knives / Edge Design Inc. ‘Shining Mountains Bowie’

Specifications
Blade Steel : 52-100 High Carbon Steel
Blade Length : 10 1/2 in.
OAL Length : 16 in.
American Walnut Handle
Leather Sheath
1/4 in. thick spine
These are excellent choppers, I had two prior to getting this one recently on a trade deal. This knife was designed by Mike Stewart, named by Ken Warner and produced by Blackjack Knives when they were in their Effingham IL facility for a St. Louis based knife company called Edge Design Inc. They were made circa 1996 / 1997, right before Blackjack closed their doors in Effingham. They are of exceptional quality and are quite rare.
Condition Note: Approximately 98%. There are two marks on the blade on the presentation side and two on the backside all four of which are by the logos on both sides. The pics show these marks. Original edge, never sharpened and never appears to have cut anything. On another note though, it appears that when they put this one together they forgot to match up the scales of American Walnut in terms of the coloration as the pics show…
Price: $325.00

7. Blackjack Knives Trailguide ‘Commemorative Skinner’

Blade Steel : A2 Tool Steel
Blade Length : 4 3/4 in.
OAL Length : 9 in.
Hardwood Handle
Leather Sheath
3/16 in. thick spine
This is an original piece from when Blackjack was located at their Effingham IL location. It’s a unique matching of guard / pommel / handle material which Blackjack was known to do a lot of, a fine knife, to be sure.
Condition Note: 98 %. There are a few light scratches on the blade that appear to have developed from taking the knife in and out of the sheath, the edge is 100 % original and appears to never have cut a thing. The handle is minty, no marks to be found.
Price: $175.00

33. Cold Steel “Terminator” Push Dagger

Specifications
Blade Steel : 440C Stainless Steel
Blade Length : 3 3/4 in.
OAL Length : 6 in.
Knife comes with original box and leather sheath.
This is Cold Steels first double edged push dagger brought out circa 1990.
Condition Note : This knife is approximately 98% as received from the factory. It has the original edge and has a few very faint scuff marks on the blade, presumably from taking the knife in and out of the leather sheath.
Price: $200.00

As with everything that I sell, if your not 100% satisfied with the purchase you may certainly return the item for a complete refund of the purchase price. I, of course, cannot (and will not) be held liable for the knives AFTER they leave my possession, should the cutlery you purchased be damaged in transport and / or after you receive said cutlery, as unfortunate of a situation as that would be, there will be no refunds from me due to this. All the more reason for you to opt for insurance on the cutlery. Let me reiterate, AFTER the cutlery leaves my possession I will not be held responsible / accountable for it.

All prices are inclusive of S&H in the U.S., there will be a 4% charge on PP, I prefer USPS Money Orders for payment, however. Insurance is up to the buyer. No International Sales. I will wait on personal checks to clear prior to shipping.

It's YOUR responsibility to know the laws at YOUR location, not mine. Should any of these knives be illegal in your area I highly encourage you NOT to buy them.

I reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone for any reason. If you have red rep, I won't sell to you, don't ask! You'd only be wasting your time and energy.

First “I’ll take it” gets the cutlery.

Only trades considered at this time would involve Custom Balisongs.

Thanks for Looking. Feel free to PM me or email me with any questions that you might have. Should my inbox be full feel free to send an email to the above email address.

Actually, the Terminator was released in 1986. I bought one of the first ones. Probably the best pushdagger Cold Steel ever made. The new "Safekeeper" series doesn't even come close. And you even have the original leather sheath and box too. Mine came with a crappy Kydex sheath and I ended up losing my knife because I thought it would be doublecool to carry it upside down. VERY tempted by this. Last time I saw one of these was 7 years ago in Norfolk, and the Kraton was falling apart because someone spilled gasoline on it . . . and the guy still wanted 150 for it, with no box or sheath. 200 seems fair. GLWTS.

That's why I didn't even take the time to respond to the previous poster. All low ball offers are ignored.... I had it priced at $250.00 not too long ago and it would bring at least that much on the Bay.

Actually, push knives are prohibited items on eBay, just like automatics and balisongs. They DO get listed occasionally, but are usually reported by some busybody and taken down. It is a beautiful knife. Was that hollow ground? And how sharp is the edge on yours? Mine was so dull out of the box it wouldn't cut cold butter.

Alright.

$200 for the vintage Terminator, provided the edges are not dull (if both edges will slice into a roll of paper towels with light pressure, that is fine, but if all it does is crease the paper without cutting the edge will need a regrind). I will be paying with PayPal and I would like insurance. Please confirm that both edges are sharp and tell me how much I will owe you after 4% + insurance. Thank you.

Hello,
It's not hair popping sharp but I sure as hell wouldn't wanna be stabbed with it. LOL.
It doesn't need any re-grind by any means but a trip on a wicked edge or an edge pro surely wouldn't hurt it any.
I'm not going to cut through anything with it as it's pretty close to new condition and I don't want to scar or scuff the blade any.
Total would be : $212.00 ($8 for the 4% and $4 for the insurance).

Alright. Just waiting on some money to transfer from the account to the card. "I'll take it" and you should have PayPal within 24 hours. THANKS!

Sounds good.
PM me or email me your address if it's any different than the one listed on PP.
Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Payment received. I am out of town for the weekend but will be able to ship on Monday.

Should you not be happy with the knife for whatever reason; you're certainly welcome to ship it back (in the same condition you received it in) for a full refund of the price.

I will forward tracking information to you on Monday. Thanks again.

Received and inspected knife today. Will be shipping it back (in the same condition I received it in) for a full refund of the price. Knife and sheath are in near mint condition, but I do not think the sharpening service I use will be able to put an edge on this I'll be satisfied with. Thank you.

Also, if you need to contact me, for some reason the email link at my profile has not been working lately. tyr_shadowblade@yahoo.com

Hello,
Whatever works for you is fine by me.
I got the Parker pulled out of the safe and will forward it to you upon receipt of the Terminator. Sorry it wasn't as sharp as you had hoped.
Talk Soon.
