Cancer is back!!!

I am on a retreat with kids that have anything from a brain tumor to cancer. My heart go's out to these kids and anyone who has this burden to carry.

Hate to hear this news, I send my thoughts and prayers. Try to eat as healthy as you can to keep your immune system strong. I watched my Grandpa beat lymphoma with eating lots of veggies and fruits. Especially carrot juice.

I was hoping somebody would mention this.....

Cancer cells are in each and every one of us, the only thing between them killing us is our immune system which keeps them in safe numbers. Once your immune system is compromised, they multiply out of control and eventually your body gives way. Healthy diet and lifestyle are the only way to really beat cancer, IMO, as they are the key to bolstering your immune system.

Unfortunately, this isn't a matter of just being tough and fighting through it. Cancer has killed many, many people who were tough SOB's and it doesn't discriminate. Sadly, when it comes to eating healthy there's a ton of misinformation out there. If you would like feel free to contact me and I will do everything I can to help you find the best way forward.
