Cannot leave feedback

I am unable to leave feedback on a recent transaction. I fill out the form and try to submit, but it gets kicked back. The top of the screen says failed because of the following errors, but doesn't list any errors.
 
Make sure you fill out th form completely. Is the transaction an actual exchange thread where someone was selling something? If it isn't then you can't leave feedback, rather you can start a thread in GBU.

It was a trade. The other party was able to leave feedback. I believe I am filling everything out.
 
Strange. I ust bought a folder from a member on the exchange and I was able to leave feedback. Are you copying and pasting the thread link into the iTrader page?
