Bought this a couple months ago used in almost like new condition. Has been used very little. I used this to give myself an intro to wildlife/bird photography. The photos at the end of the pics are examples I took mounted on my Canon 60D. Silent and fast, it was a pleasure to use. Any review site will have high praise for this lens - it's why I bought it!
I've now graduated to a longer zoom. This one, however, would be great for portraits and sport photography without having the extreme weight of a longer telephoto.
I would call the condition better then Ex+ and possibly LN-. There are a few specs of dust on the outside, but none inside the lens that I could see. The one mark I can find on the outside can be seen in the third photo with an arrow pointing to it. I did mount a UV filter on this when I received it. You will have to get your own as this will not come with one, but will have both caps.
