Can't change password

I can't log in to bladeforums with my main computer because I forgot my password. I tried password reset (twice) and haven't gotten an email with a link to reset. I checked my email service's spam folder (twice), nothing there. I'm writing this on my laptop which is still logged in. I've checked Contact Details and my email address is correct. I can't change my password here because I can't remember the old one. Suggestions?

Update: I just cleared my browser's cache and was able to log in with what I thought was my old password. I cleared the browser cache before, but this time it worked. I don't understand why I'm not getting reset links, but if you don't get other complaints I guess it's my problem not yours. I'm changing my password to something more secure and writing it down.
