can't decide rc-4 or rc-6

"it will be used as a camp knife/ hiking/ hunting/bob do it all" RC-4, no question, particularly if you are going to use it to dress deer, skin/butcher bear etc. The 4 is much easier to work with and will certainly handle any "batoning" in a survival situation. (I actually have a small, very lightweight saw-and one on my Leatherman for those matters). I can't imagine a preference for the 6 if you're actually a hunter. I leave the larger knives in base camp. I think the 6 looks cooler to some; more in keeping with that "Bowie knife image". I saw Davy Crockett's hunting knife at the Alamo-it's smaller than the 4. :)
