I prefer the T2 in wood because it seems to have more personality
. The Manix and Mini Manix are good and I like them, but kinda boring and a little wide when closed. But If I had to only keep one, I think I'd pick the the T2 Cocobolo or Walnut because they are more interesting...probably cocobolo.
I really like the T1 and T2s with wood scales.
Smooth scales are better for IWB carry for the T2, but the clip is only one position, right hand, tip down, and doesn't disappear in the waist band as well as the mini-Manix.
The backlock may be better on the Manix as opposed to the liner lock on the T2.
Opening is easier on the Manix with the hole than the thumb stud on the T2.
The blade on the mini-Manix looks a little short and wide proportionally to the handle.
T1 and T2 are more "fondleable"
GPKnives.com has good prices on the T2s.
I got my Walnut T2 from "ImpactGuns.com" for $132 shipped. Good deal. They raised the price and are out of stock now, it seems.
Eric.
