At first glance, that appears to be the GB trade axe. http://www.gransfors.com/htm_eng/produkter/replikor/p_britishtradeaxe.html

Comparing a GB axe to a trail hawk is... problematic, at best. What kind of things are you looking to do with a chopping tool? Both will chop stuff you swing them at, but the rest is very different between the two.

Cold Steel is notorious for having mounting issues with the hafts. The head will come off after a certain amount of use - far less than any quality traditional axe.
