For anyone who didn't spot it, Dennis in MA wrote up the real story in the other thread --

So old Mike goes to the doctor. The next week, the doc sees him walking down the street with a lanky blond on his arm.

"Mike," the doc says. "You look a whole lot better."

"Well, I'm just following your advice, Doc." he replies.

"My advice?" questions the doctor.

"Sure. Get a hot momma and be cheerful."

The doctor blinks a few times and says. . .

"Mike - you idiot. I said 'You've got a heart murmur, be careful!'"
