Did the buyer post in the sales thread? Can't leave feedback to him if he did not.
 
Not sure what you mean. Did you mean the buyer needs to post saying money sent or something similar ?
 
He must have a post in that sales thread. Else you cannot leave feedback for him.

I see several posters in that thread, but you have not identified the buyer, so I cannot determine if the buyer actually posted in the thread.
