I can't tell you how to do it on a PC, but here's what I did on a BlackBerry.
On the page you linked to, I clicked on it (probably a right mouse-click for you) and selected "view image." Once you've got the image alone on its own stand-alone page, then hotlink to that.

Thanks, and it wasnt user error actually i just copied the url from the pic that you copied from my faulty url, and it worked. I figured out the problem though... I needed to use the link from flickr's share this photo tab, and not just copy the url from the search bar...
