Can't log in on Google Chrome

Every time I try logging on from my laptop the screen refreshes and goes back to the log in screen.
 
Downloaded firefox and I can log in without a problem. Still isn't working with chrome though.
 
All of the sudden I'm logged out and can't log in. But it seems to be only on my tablet. I'm using chrome on my phone too and it seems to be fine. Anybody know why this is happening?
 
I can log into my home page but whenever I try to go to any other page it says I'm not logged in and when I try to log in it says there is an ERROR. I've tried using chrome and edge and it does not work on either browser, any suggestions?
