Did you go to user CP to paid subcriptions to upgrade to gold?

Make sure to change your membership in the user control panel. There's a sticky on top of the exchange forum.

you show up as a registered member still. you need to change the setting in your user cp to gold membership. in your user cp, go to the networking section and click on group memberships. choose the gold membership and save your settings.

BTW, you cannot link to auctions on BFC. That's why you got the infraction. You should have read the rules prior to posting. Sell it here and not on eBay now that you're Gold. And update your membership in your User CP.
