Complaint Can't send PM or Conversation to Seller

I paid for a Basic Membership, registered my membership and confirmed my email on Sept. 4th. Paypal Transaction #9MT87227FS200932L. I want to PM a seller but have not been able to do this from the Conversations area in my profile. Can anyone help me please?
 
Only @Spark can get your membership straightened out..I tagged him in this thread
You can leave an email addy in the sale thread for the seller to contact you- then delete it when contact has been established.
Kindof a poor work around, but it may get you through in the interim.
