In other news, didn't get a deer tonight but while we were out there a baby walked right by us and stopped 20 yards out and started crying to its mother which was standing behind us, it was a cool thing to see

It sucked that we didn't get anything, but it's always nice to spend time out in the woods with my dad

I see a mod whose imagination tends towards....things of an adult nature. In other words, thinkin' with the little helmet.....like all the rest of us hairless apes.
It still resembles a football to me....but I wouldn't kick it out of bed for eating crackers, either.

So just walked out into the garage to hear a hissing sound coming from the utility closet.... Where the hot water heater is... You know that sound that makes your stomach roll? And your mind starts screaming GAS OR WATER?!?

WELL so I look and thankfully it was just a pinhole leak coming from the hot water line... That's probably been running all day... Didn't hear it early this morning... Anyways I have it patched till I can cut it all up and put it back together.... Lol what a day... When it rains, it rains somewhere dark, hard to work in, and around something that could flood your whole home... Lol

I have never tried it but ill take a guess.

Bluing is a chemical reaction in the steel i believe, not a coating that gets removed like paint from a chemical stripper, so i think its unlikely if the logos have been etched and then blued and you just use chemical stripper that it will remove the bluing from the logo. Now if you sand over the logos that is a different story. Again this is just a guess as i have never done it.

Did you use PCB to etch or electro etch it? If you used PCB wont that darken it up more than the bluing anyway? If you used electro etch why not darken with AC to make it dark instead of blue it?

I used PCB. A lot of guys with colored esee knives use the bullying after the etch to darken it, I figured I'd try that before the stripping and maybe end up with a nice dark logo.

Because...it has a nuclear hazard symbol! That 'squatch shouldn't be going anywhere near him in the first place if he's radioactive. Some of those 'squatches ain't the sharpest pencil in the box. Don't they know what a horrible, lingering death radioactivity causes? And why are you blue? You make your own money, pony up!
