This is an aluminum, knurled, Captains of Crush gripper, weighted at 80 lbs. of resistance. I am selling this model because I am so super strong and have moved up to higher weights.

@hammerface, i don't have a lot of experience with other exercisers, but these have more resistance than those foam handled ones you can get at walmart. COC makes good stuff.
