Capton washers

They aren't phosphor bronze or whatever they normally use? Have you tried getting the parts kit for a replacement?
 
Yes, later ones are PB but a few of the early ones had capton and I was wondering if anyone had issue with them. I don't really want to take it apart as I am of the school of -
if it ain't broke don't fix it. I'm looking for some long term durability reports. Just curious I guess.
 
I have had no issues with the couple of D4's that I have with the capton washers.
