I've been using a Cara Cara 2 pretty hard for a year. Cutting up bait fish, food prep and all kinds of construction/remodeling tasks. Cutting carpet, cutting along baseboards, cutting wire etc. I've even used it to dig out some concrete pieces under a threshold. I've also pried with it enough to bend it. It bent back and is still going strong.
It's not the best knife but it's the best work knife I've used. It's extremely capable for the price.
I wish they made a 4" blade version! A version the size of the resilience for under 30 dollars would be incredible.
