carbide strips for file guide

I Have seen threads in the past about using carbide strips in a file guide jig. I tried the search with no luck.
Anyone know where to get the carbide strips?

Try MSC they have carbide in a number of sizes.

I just picked up 2 rectagular carbide blanks at MSC a couple weeks ago, and it ran me @$35 total for the both. I was originally concerned that they were going to be slightly different (part to part variation), but they were really flat, and the quality was great.
