Carbon F Military?

How long has the Carbon Fiber Military been out? I ordered one for my collection because, I feared they would be getting scarce before long. Was there 1000 or 1200 made? I keep seeing 1000 in a lot of eBay offers. There seems to still be quite a few for sale.

There were versions in both BG-42 and S90V, so I guess that would bring the number to around 2400.

There was also an earlier carbon fiber version in S30V, but from what I understand it was very limited. (around 400 pieces)

I got the S90V, it seems to be highly regarded.

S90v is great but you need diamond rods for the sharpmaker to sharpen it properly!

I got the S90V on eBay recently. I was a little on the fence between the BG-42 and the S90V, but I opted for the later.

Both steels are excellent,I have both & have used the BG-42 most ,but i think the s90v will come with me the next time in the i'm in the bush! I'll let you know how it does!

400 pieces on the S30V/CF sprint, 1500 on the BG-42 sprint. I haven't heard an official number on the S90V, but I'd bet on 1200 minimum. So yes, there are quite a few around, possibly upwards of 3000.
