I mostly make fixed blades, but I have a habit of working on a slipjoint on heat treating days while I'm waiting on the oven. In the course of a batch of AEBL kitchen knives, I finished this slipjoint. The blade and spring are 1/8" 154CM. The blade is hollow ground nice and thin, satin machine finished, with a long pull and a swedged clip. Handle is carbon fiber, with a bronze and stainless birdseye pivot. Mill relieved stainless liners. Firm smooth pull, no half stop. Closed length is 4", open is 7 1/8", blade is 3". $325, shipped in a zipper case.
