Todd, do you bead blast after you have put the edge on the blade ?
Does the bead blast finish give a slight texture to the blade surface or does the surface feel smooth to the touch ?
With a stainless steel is the purpose of bead blasting for looks, or does it serve some other function as well ?
This is a very nice knife. I've been eyeing it, but am unsure about this blade finish.

I actually had a dream about this knife last night. I would grab this in a second if I were able. Impending career change is preventing it but I will definitely be getting a knife from you in the future. Great knife!
 
Roland, It is the most uniform finish I've seen,kind of metalic looking, smooth but superfine texture,looks really great in hand,seems to show less weirmarks
