Mine's supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I already have a couple of M390 (Flag Anodized) Knockouts from Whitty....great hard use knives and you can't beat USAMB service!
 
I received my copy earlier today - I really like this one, the best of the Knockouts I have experience with!
A nice high-end version, and man is it light!

Yep. 3.3oz. A full half ounce less than my M390 aluminum version. Very happy with this one.
 
I’m waiting for USAMADEBLADE to release one with the titanium handles, also a combo titanium/carbon would be nice as well. Hopefully they will release those versions in the future.
 
What’s the backspacer material on these? Is it carbon fiber?

My son lost his green handle/black blade version at a concert and just recently started a new job. I’m thinking I might snag him one of these.

I can't say for certain - but it looks like it is CF as well -

I got my carbon knockout today, compare to my other M390 knockouts I believe they did not pay attention to the details as well as the other ones, the carbon plates on each side are not align with the black middle liner, the carbon plates need to sand down more if you ask me, are you guys having the same experience?
Please advise.

Looks just like mine. Compared it to my Aluminum N390 Knockouts, which all have flush backspacers. Looks like Kershaw dropped the ball backspacer-wise on the CF models.
I can get over it because the CF knife is an EDC beater for me.

Thanks for the respond, I was also planing to have this one as my EDC as well, but to pay about $30 more then the previous ones and receive something less perfect it’s not so appealing, the pictures on the USAMADEBLADES shows that the backspacer is flush. Maybe I will contact Scott and ask him to replace it.

Hey man, I just want to let you know that I contacted Scott, and he sent me another one with a flush backspacer, which I got it today, and I’m going to return the “blemished” (if you can call it that), Scott even included a return label, he is the man.
 
Just another great reason to do business with USAMADEBLADE. Glad it worked out for you & thanks for the response!

I "fixed" mine myself by slightly enlarging the front backspacer hole (thereby making it easy to move the spacer upward) and retightening the screw. As I said, mine's a beater, plus I'm a wannabe knife engineer.o_O
