Nice Carbon Fiber Large Insigno 21 from Knife Art, only carried several times and opened a few packages. Condition is excellent. I sharpen all of my knives on my Edge Pro to improve the factory edge and this one was done at 20 degrees to a fine mirror edge ending with a Shapton 15,000 grit. Knife is hair splitting sharp.
