I have this sheet of 2 x 2 twill carbon fiber.
The main body square (if you were to cut the little leg on the right off) measures 7" x 7" minimum. The little leg on the right is 4 1/2" x 1 3/4" minimum. Thickness of this sheet is about .140", so a little over 1/8".
